In order to be able to teleport to Ru'Aun Gardens from a Hall of Transference, you need to have met several requirements:

  • You must have access to Tu'Lia (granted after completing The Gate of the Gods)
  • Acquired the key item from your race's tower in The Garden of Ru'Hmet (you must either be on, or have completed, CoP Mission 8-3 - When Angels Fall)
  • A Clear Chip

Set your title to "Warrior of the Crystal"

Acquisition of the key item from your race's tower in The Garden of Ru'Hmet grants you the title "Warrior of the Crystal". This title is required for registering your data in Ru'Aun Gardens - which permits you to use the Large Apparatuses and green teleporters. You can change your title to "Warrior of the Crystal" for 300 gil by speaking to Aligi-Kufongi located at (H-9) on the main floor of Tavnazian Safehold.

Registering your Data

After setting your title to "Warrior of the Crystal" in Tavnazian Safehold, travel to Ru'Aun Gardens. There are two green teleporters with hexagonal shapes floating above them, one located at (G-9) and the other at (I-9). These teleporters are found on the top level, not down the stairs.


When you step onto one of these green teleporters, it will say, "Wel...ome, Warrior of the Crystal.". To register your data, select "Use this portal". Once registration is complete, you will receive the text:

"Your d...ta wil... be ...gistered."
"Regis... ...omplete."

You only need to complete this registration process once.

Teleporting

To teleport to Ru'Aun Gardens from the Hall of Transference, you will need to purchase a Clear Chip for 21,000 gil from one of the goblins located in the starter cities.

Goblins' shop opens 11:00 - 22:00 Vana'diel time. Regular holiday: Windurst - Lightsday, San'd Oria - Firesday, Bastok - Windsday.


Place this chip into the right Large Apparatus located in one of the Halls of Transference. Then, step onto the pad in front of the Large Apparatus to teleport to Ru'Aun Gardens.

You only need to place the Clear Chip into each apparatus once in order to use it. However, when using the apparatus, there is a chance that the Chip will break (more-so if you use the same apparatus more than once per Earth-day), and you will need to replace it (Of course you have to buy another Clear Chip).
