Start with RNG's throwing with Unlimited Shot ( ammo: Zephyr ( dropped from Byakko )) to remove seiryu's additonal effect: wind damage.
Make Skillchain: Dark, Magic burst with Ice ( Seal + FreezeII, BlizzagaIII, BlizzardIV )
seiryu's 2hr special avility is Hundred Fists (45 seconds). PLD's Sentinel (30 seconds ) + Invincible ( 30 seconds ) with BLMs' Stun-Ga is countable to the 2hr, but Disengage under Bound ( RDM's Bind or RNG's ShadowBind or BLM's Bind with Seal ) is safer.
